Where Do We Start?

The assessment process is individual; so, it begins with a free phone consultation with Dr. Cornwell. The assessment is designed based on the needs of the individual. Examples of formal and informal assessments used include Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-V (WISC-V) IQ Test, Woodcock-Johnson IV Cognitive and/or Achievement Test, formal and informal parent and teacher rating scales, and screening for behavioral, social, and emotional issues. All assessments meet state, federal, and American Psychiatric Associations guidelines, including a written report, and an in-person or virtual debriefing.
